Levels, EXP rewards, and upload hotfixes are live

Level badges, automatic EXP rewards, admin EXP controls, and the latest upload fixes just shipped. Open the changelog for the full rollout note.

Levels are now visible on avatars across the navbar, public profiles, leaderboard entries, and your own account surfaces.

Approved assets and admin-issued subscriptions now grant EXP automatically, and staff can also adjust EXP manually from the admin user card.

We also rolled out the recent upload hotfixes for the duplicate/import edge cases that were breaking submissions. Open the changelog for the full rollout note and the upload stability summary.
