This is a spacious house that was built on the existing blueprints and my new experience. Contain two floors, large windows and garage. Package include openable doors, color mutable walls and some materials, reflection probe's, area lights, correct colliders, high resolution texture's, pbr materials, baking possibility and simple interior. Contain 38k vertex, 34k polygons, 69k tris count (without interior and roof_tile).
